Exchange and Return Policy

Method and conditions:

- The box and accessories must be returned with the product.


- The product is returned via one of the SMSA or Aramex offices after coordination with customer service.

- The account name and bank account number to which the money is to be returned are recorded.

If the shipment is not received by the customer from the shipping company within a maximum period of 15 days from the shipping date and they do not contact us during that time, the store is not responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment, and is not entitled to a refund.


In the case of an exchange, a replacement product will be selected, and the customer will pay the price difference plus round-trip shipping costs. If the replacement product is cheaper than the returned product, the remaining balance will be transferred to the customer's account after deducting shipping costs.
